In the medieval periods any person seen wearing it was considered to be holier. This is because the wearing represented the morals of a fellow hence gaining respect. Due to this symbolism folks especially in the Muslim faith considered themselves to be more holy than their counter part in the other faith.

Wearing of it by every man from boyhood signified friendship. One could vow to transfer the love to the friend through pledging by just wearing the turban. In this case all the burdens of one person are carried to others through vowing because in times of sorrows or joy the friend is always ready to help.

Friendship is a tool of oneness in a community well being and survival. As a result people exchange turbans with their closest comrades to seal a solemn oath between them . The exchange of turbans among the individual binds the relationship for a longer time because all pledges to console each other in time of joy and sorrows.

Wresting is one of the ancient games that were played in the society. During the competition a winner was to be crowned at the end of the game. It as a prize that was to be given to the champion was mostly coveted prize during these matches and the competitors always worked hard to win and take the award home.

Women also allowed to use turban especially in Islamic countries. In the eastern states after the women were denied the freedom of using scarf in covering their head as a sense of respect and protection of their hair from sunlight, most preferred to switch to turbans. In distinction the turbans were bright in color and many liked them.

Several people have different faith they believe in as sense of safety. This tool protected the morals of the folks in their locality. Women in the Muslim society really trusted men who wore turban because they believed that they had the highest moral values and therefore they were free from being molested or harassed.

Uniqueness in all the human being is required to show identity. Silks for example in eastern countries are always seen wearing it which mainly serves a purpose of covering the hair. The importance of blue turban also reveal that the long hair of the silk which is not always cut is covered in order to show respect to God. Being the creator of the universe, God usually requires a form of decency when one is in the holy place of worship.
